Lifespan Integration (LI) is a gentle process of healing that involves working with a client's "timeline" of their life. Clients are guided by the therapist to quickly step through their timeline multiple times, teaching the body and the unconscious that what happened back then is over. Because we don't dwell in historical material in Lifespan Integration, the process is generally non-triggering and non-invasive. You can read more about LI here.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy treatment for dealing with the distress and emotional pain that result from challenging incidents and/or trauma. It is a powerful process for integrating unresolved life experiences. Basically, it helps one become less "triggered" by current situations. To read more about EMDR, click here.
